Agiorgitiko rosé bio

Type: Dry Rosé Wine.
Classification: Protected Geographical Indication Peloponnese.
Grape Varieties: 100% Aghiorgitiko.
Description: The Zacharias Rosé Aghiorgitiko is an especially fruity, salmon-colored, wine, in the style of the Province region, in France. It stems from organic grapes and it is characterized by its aromas of strawberry, cherry and sweet and sour seasonal fruits. It has a medium-bodied mouth with a crisp acidity.
Vineyards: From selected vineyards in the semi-mountainous regions of Nemea.
Harvest Dates: Mid September.
Vinification: 4-6 hours of cryoextraction followed by white, controlled temperature vinification, inside stainless tanks.
Served At: 7-9 οC.
Food pairings: Yellow cheeses, red sauce pasta, red sauce pork or chicken.
