Description: The Zacharias Aghiorgitiko is a full-bodied wine, with a brilliant ruby color. It comes from organic grapes and is characterized by cherry and red fruit aromas, with hues of vanilla. It has a medium-bodied mouth, with an elegant structure, balanced acidity and mature round tannins.
Vineyards: From selected organic vineyards in the semi-mountainous regions of Nemea.
Harvest Dates: Mid September.
Vinification: 3-day Prefermentary cryoextraction. 15-18 days of extraction at 22-25 οC.
Served At: 14-16 οC.
