Description: It is characterized by its light yellow color, with its green highlights, and its great aromatic vivacity, which is dominated by exotic and citrus fruits. It has an elegant and subtle mouth, with a strong presence of white-fleshed peaches. Overall, it is a fine, crunchy wine, with a lasting aftertaste.
Vineyards: From the Zacharias family’s own vineyards in the Selkia Leontiou location, in the Municipality of Nemea.
Harvest Dates: Late August.
Vinification: Prefermentary cryoextraction for 10-12 hours, followed by controlled temperature fermentation in stainless tanks.
Served At: 7-9 oC.
Food pairings: Fried fish, Asian cuisine, fresh salads, white cheeses.
