Moschofilero bio

Type: Dry White Wine.
Classification: Protected Geographical Indication Peloponnese.
Grape Varieties: 100% Moschofilero.
Description: It is characterized by its grey-green color and its freshness. It has a vivid varietal aroma of flowers and citrus fruits in the mouth and the nose, with white rose, jasmine and citrus dominating. A fresh, crunchy wine, with a lasting aftertaste.
Vineyards: It has been produced from organic grapes in Mantineia, which allows it to have the optimal organoleptic character of the polydynamic Moschofilero variety.
Harvest Dates: Late September – early October.
Vinification: Prefermentary cryoextraction for 5-6 hours for 50% of the final blend and controlled temperature-fermentation in stainless tanks.
Served At: 7-9 οC.
Food pairings: Asian cuisine, shellfish, soft white cheeses, pasta, white sauces, fried fish.
