Grape Varieties: 100% Aghiorgitiko.
Description: Deep red wine, from the noblest Greek variety, the Aghiorgitiko. It stands out for its velvety flavor and its vivid, fresh, fruity aromas. It also has soft tannins.
Vineyards: From selected vineyards on the Nemea flatland.
Harvest Dates: Mid September.
Vinification: A classic red one, with a 6-8 day extraction at 22-25 oC.
Served At: 14-15 oC.
Food pairings: Pork, red-sauce meat, red sauce pasta, charcuterie, soft, saltless cheeses.
