Description: Bright rosé wine, with a rosy color and delicate fruit aromas. Its crisp flavor is dominated by cherry and strawberry.
Vineyards: From selected vineyards in the Psarion area of Nemea.
Harvest Dates: Mid September.
Vinification: A classic rosé one, with a few (14-16h) hours of extraction at a low temperature.
Served At: 7-9 oC.
Food pairings: Oily Greek cuisine dishes, oily charcuterie, pasta.
