Type: Red Dry Wine.

Grape Varieties: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Description: Deep burgundy color. A nose of vivid aromas of red fruits and cedar against an herbal background. As it ages, it acquires a more spicy character, with elements of chocolate. Its mouth features a great richness of flavors. Its tannins and acidity offer this wine the ability for long-term aging.
Vineyards: From the Zacharias family’s own vineyards, in the Boulougouras location of the Nemea municipality.
Harvest Dates: Mid September.
Vinification: Prefermantary cryoextraction for 3 days. 15-18 days of extraction at 22-25 οC. Left to mature for 6 months in French, oaken, third- of fourth-used barrels.
Served At: 16-17 οC.
Food pairings: Charcuterie, lamb, goat meat, prey.
