Synastry Chardonnay

Type: Dry White Wine.
Classification: Varietal Wine.
Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay.
Description: Bright Yellow Color. A complex nose with yellow fruit aromas (melon, peach, banana etc.), against a buttery background. Its mouth is rich with a balanced acidity.
Vineyards: From the Zacharias family’s own vineyards, in the Douramani location of the Nemea municipality.
Harvest Dates: Mid August.
Vinification: Prefermentary cryoextraction for 10-12 hours, followed by controlled temperature fermentation in stainless tanks.
Served At: 7-9 oC.
Food pairings: Oily cheeses, roasted fish.
