Description: Deep red color. A nose of vivid small red fruit aromas, which become more complex as the wine ages, and hues of sweet vanilla. A rich mouth, well-balanced and quite soft and thin tannins. A long aftertaste.
Vineyards: From the Zacharias family’s own vineyards, in the Manta location of the Nemea municipality.
Harvest Dates: Late August.
Vinification: Prefermantary cryoextraction for 3 days. 15-18 days of extraction at 22-25 οC. Left to mature for 6 months in French, oaken, third- of fourth-used barrels.
Served At: 16-17 οC.
Food pairings: Yellow cheeses, charcuterie, red meat.
